Cannot load widget

Hi,

Ive just install plugin from extension pannel on my wordpress.

When i try to see widget i got this message :

No widgets fetched from the API. Please check api connectivity from general settings – troubleshooting.

When i try to click on “api connectivity” i got a error page.

Please help. thanks
