Cannot log in

My project has a website with WordPress(https://reapmidwest.ie), one we have always been able to edit. We were never able to log in via WordPress and always had to go via the hosting site. Now I cant get in via the hosting site and I cant get in via the wordpress link: https://reapmidwest.ie/wp-login.php .
It is saying it does not recognize either mine or my colleagues credentials. We have been trying this for months and could not get in. So we logged in via the hosting site Plesk. Now there are problems with Plesk but they are adamant it is on the side of WordPress to fix this issue.
Clearly the site exists and we have a website with WordPress. But for some reason we cant log in via wordpress. Can anyone in WordPress help? happyto give all details privately. Extremely frustrating.

“Can anyone in WordPress help? happyto give all details privately.”-can you access the database in your webhosting account? (often in an area called PHPMYADMIN)
in the database you can find the list of users. (in users table)
you can check the list of users and email addresses to see if your information is present.-are you using any plugins that might be interfering with the login process?
