Cannot log in after installation

After installation or redis on my site to prevent persistant cache errors in AMP I now cannot log into my site admin. Obviously I do not include login page nor related data.
This what I find

Your WordPress database is already up to date!

Continue

if continue is selected the page reverts to the Domain URL

Please as I am trying to sort out this AMP problem as the pages do not show correctly in amp.
