Cannot Log in Due to Two-Factor Authentication

Hello,

I asking about another wordpress blog that I have. I set up two-factor authentication then changed my number and lost the backup codes. Now, I can’t log in. I tried sending a request, or whatever it’s called, but they only send me an email link to reset my password and when I do that, I still can’t log in. They ask me to resubmit the form if the issue persists, but when I do that, they tell me that the PayPal transaction ID is invalid.

It’s really depressing that you can’t get a hold of someone in support by phone or email. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue. Thank you!
