Cannot Log-in (Forbidden)

Hey.I installed Wordfence 2 days before and activated its IP Security Feature.
After a few hours,it blocked all the IPs and so now i cant even log in to my Admin dashboard,even though i am not a Spammer or a Hacker.

Then i uninstalled the Plugin from Cpanel,thinking that it will eliminate this error,but Nothing Happened.

I have access to CPanel,PhpMyAdmin,FTP.But can you please show me how to fix this error,ASAP.
