Cannot log in to authoring.

Hi. Help! This is my website [ Redundant like redacted ]

Since updating Safari, I’ve lost passwords.

Over time… I seem to have acquired two WP log ins (one for forum and support and one for “authoring” my website). I’ve managed to get back into the Support account (as you can see from this post) but I cannot get back in to my “authoring” account log in. I’Ve tried resetting, and unfortunately just keep getting emails to help me update my “Support account” password.

HELP!

I know (or thought i did) my username for the authoring acc, and when I put THAT into the “Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.” no email comes. when I put the email address into that box, I get a reset link for the Support Account. ( both have same email address).

Any ideas please. I HAVE to get in there. Big project coming!!!
