wp_ngg_gallery is not a default WP table, it belongs to some gallery plugin. Deactivate that plugin by renaming its folder via FTP somewhere in /wp-content/plugins/. Without plugin code looking for its table you should be able to log in. You may then restore the proper folder name.

Before reactivating the plugin, seek guidance through its dedicated support channel. The lack of a necessary table needs to be resolved.
