Cannot log into WP-admin after changes in general settings menu

I have two versions of my site.

The older version is avalible at: http://www.profiderma.si

and the newer version is avalible at:http://www.profiderma.si/dermatologija

A few days ago for some stupid reason I loged into administration of the older site and upadted its core. Not long after that I got a notice from a customer that there was something wrong with my site. I’ve opened it up and realized the browser was now displaying the older version of my web-site that hasn’t been used anymore for some years now.

I loged into administration of the newer site at http://www.profiderma/dermatologija/wp-login.php and made all the upadates I could, hoping it would help the new version of my site override the old one but it didnt solve the problem of displaying the old site on internet.

I then did something indigested. I went to settings/general and changed the WordPress adress (URL) to http://www.profiderma.si and Site adress (URL) to http://www.profiderma.si. Thinking that might solve the problem. After hiting the Save button I automaticaly got loged out and couldn’t log in to administration any more since.

Before the WordPress adress (URL) and Site adress (URL) were set to http://www.profiderma.si/dermatologija.

The consequences are now such that I can’t any longer log into administration of the newer site (I can still log into administartion of the older one), and that the new site at http://www.profiderma.si/dermatologija is completely striped of CSS because of this.

Can anyone please help me with this? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
