• What an utter joke. Try to login to the plugin, use email, send a link, link opens NEW browser window, plugin still waiting. It just takes your round and round in circles.

    I have exactly the same issue. I tried different browsers, including incogito.

    I went to the TrustPilot business site, installed the plugin from there.
    Then, when the email came through, I didn’t click on the link, which took me the Edge Browser that automatically opened from Outlook, but copied and pasted it to a new tab in the same window I was using. It then worked.
