I’m using the AIOS plugin for several years now without any problems.
However since this morning I’m unable to login. I’m using a modified login url (not changed since years). When I enter this url to login, nothing happens: No login screen, no errormessage – just an empty white screen.

What can I do to find the reason?
I know that I can disable the plugin and this will (hopefully) let me login again. But this will not solve the problem…

One more finding: I have a second site with very similar settings which I use for testing. This shows the same behaviour.

    Hi @tooni

Generally if renamed login page was showing white it can be 500 error of 403 forbidden let me know exact what is it ? I do not consider it as 404 not found issue.

You may try enable debug log in wp-config.php and see if any error. As you can login uptill and if you have latest version 5.1.5 updated 2 weeks before when released the update of plugin should not be issue here. though please cross check

I was able to login after renaming AIOS, just to check the version. Yes, I’m using 5.1.5. After switching back to the correct name, same behaviour as before.

I also enabled the Debug option in wp-config.php. However, I cannot find any debug.log file in the /content folder. There is still just a white screen when trying to login via the renamed login page.
    Any other idea?

    Hi @tooni

If 5.1.5 being used there was no any another update by AIOS plugin.

You should cross check if the debug log actually works ( might be rights issue or php.ini settings issue also) . cross check php_error.log file not being written in root of wordpress install or some where else.

I’m not sure, if this is a useful information. I now can see this warning message, when trying to login:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /www/htdocs/…/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/codestyling-localization/includes/idna_convert.class.php:421) in /www/htdocs/…/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/classes/wp-security-utility-ip-address.php on line 360

    Hi @tooni,

The classes/wp-security-utility-ip-address.php  line 360 is for login white list IP not matched and show 403 forbidden but the other plugin coding-styling seems to have issue it writes before that output.

If I cross check coding-styling plugin seems not available any more and last updated 10 years ago. please use similar latest updated plugin if possible.

    Thank you for your support.
Finally I found, that it was my own mistake. After years with no need to modify the Whitelist, I forgot the purpose of this functionality and it seems that my internet provider switched to a new range of IP adresses which hasn’t been used before and wasn’t part of the whitelist.
After adding this new IP range to the whitelist everthing is working fine.

Thank you and sorry for the effort I caused by my question.

    Best regards, Tooni
