Cannot login because cookies

I just installed Word Press and when I am trying to login i get message: Cookies is blocked or not supportet on you browser. You have to turn on cookies.
As i checked – cookies is on.
I use Chrome, but I get same message on other borwsers – Explorer and Firefox. Cookies is on.
What to do?
