Cannot login into wordpress dashboard.

I tried to login into my blog http://www.Mytechshout.com/wp-login.php but after clicking on login button is just stays as such and does not even show any errors.I have already tried reinstalling wordpress and changing the site name to http://www.mytechshout.com in the wp-options using phpmyadmin.
Please help me fix this problem.
