Cannot login to admin panel after update

I can’t login now! I didn’t change anything. It redirects me to
wp-admin/upgrade.php instead of just the extension /wp-admin.

Any help to revert back to how my site was before the automatic update? I tried to revert back using Vaultpress and that didn’t help either. I really need to login to make changes for a certain school project.
