Cannot login to Dashboard

I cannot login to my site, which already seems destined never to happen due to Godaddy & WordPress between them being unable to help me fix the permalinks for 2 pages.

Anway, if I enter http://simonredux.com/wp-login.php page

I am returned to the site itself. Is anyone else having this issue? Can people here login via their? wp-login.php page

I think I am moving domain to Bluehost. Anyone wish to comment on them? They are saying they can implement pretty permalinks ok.
