Cannot login to dashboard after changing from http to https in settings

I changed the domain from http:// to https:// in WordPress from Settings and now I get an error and can’t access the admin page. It says

An error occurred.

Sorry, the page you are looking for is currently unavailable.
Please try again later.

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.

How can I fix this?

I use a program called navicat to query / update MySQL databases. You may want to use that, or something else, to open the wp_options table.

The first two rows (siteurl and home) may still have http in the URL. Try changing that to https and see if that resolves the issue.

On wp-config.php, I rewrote the home & site URLs to the original ones. This has fixed my issues for subdirectories appearing with an error saying

However, I still cannot access to my dashboard. I have used both wp-admin and wp-login.php as I tried to access my dashboard, but it didn’t work. Can you help me with this?

stupid question, but have you installed a SSL certificate? Not having it should not produce that issue but not having the SSL installed could be an issue…
