Cannot login when multisite

I have made a manual installation of WP and when I add the necessary changes to make it a multisite in wp-config.php and htaccess I cannot login anymore. When I reactivate my saved wp-config.php I only have to write mysitename.com/wp-admin and I am logged in directly whithout having to submit UID and PWD_
