Hi, just for testing purposes can you disable all your other plugins and then carry out a test? Make sure that you clear any website cache if you have a cache plugin and also clear your browser cache.
Thank you
I disabled everything except AIO, cleared the cache & browser cache. Still the same problem.
Hi, please have a read at the following support thread. One of the developers and myself have carried out some test as per link above. We cannot reproduce this issue.
Can you check your server log files to see if anything is revealed. Then share the log file content here as long as nothing personal or private is shared.
Thank you
FYI – This has now been addressed and the fix will be available in the next release.
Great! I can’t wait! The plugin is awesome!
This is also affecting one of my sites, any idea when the fix will be released? Are you able to send me the details so that I can apply it manually until then?

@luketowers, you can try the fix patch provided by @chesio in the following thread if you can’t wait for the new plugin version to be released.

This issue is affecting my website too. Do you have an estimated date as to when the fixed plugin version will be released. (I am not good with applying patches which is why I ask).
Hi @frank_f19 and others,
The fix is included in recent version (4.2.3). Please, give it a try and report back!
