    👋Hi Jaso,

Thanks for reaching out! That field is designed as a selection menu rather than a text box to ensure your support ticket is linked correctly to your account. If you click on the box, a list of your connected websites should appear for you to choose from.

I should have to have a domain in there. Anyways the issue is in the Security Threats Log allowing us to VIEW MORE example 50 or 100, and able to DELETE Logs. We need to be able to manually and or Automatically delete after 30 days etc…

Just to better understand your situation, when clicking on the Websites field the drop down opens but shows no websites to choose from? If that’s the case, can you send us a video recording of that?

As for viewing more and manually deleting, that is a wonderful idea, and I can definitely see how it can be useful! I’ll pass it along as a feature request to our product team, so they can review it for future updates.

Until then, make sure to also record it on our Roadmap, so other users can also vote for it.

As for automatically deleting the logs, you can set that by going to Logs > Settings > Retention (How long to keep threat logs in the database). The default period is 7 days, but you can choose 14 or 30 days. Hope it helps!

Since we haven’t heard back, we’ll go ahead and close this ticket for now to keep things organized. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you still need a hand; we’re always happy to pick up right where we left off!
