    hello, I am trying to add the API keys from Chatgpt but seems not working, tried several times but nothing. I always receive this error.

    Error

    An error occurred while updating the options.

    Hi @mayoris,

    This means the error is happening on the server side (WordPress). Unfortunately, it could be anything. The only way to know for sure is to check the PHP Error Logs. Can you take a look?

    Check the link I shared with you above (this one: PHP Error Logs). If you’re not sure how to do any of this, it might be easier to ask your hosting service to retrieve the logs for you.

    If you’re a Pro user, you can reach out to us for private help. Otherwise, I’d recommend starting with the Discord channel; there are lots of people there who might be able to help. Honestly, the issue might not be directly related to AI Engine, so even if someone isn’t familiar with it, they could still point you in the right direction once they see the error. And of course, feel free to share the error logs here too! 👍
