Cannot map domain to network

I have 2 domains in my network (dev.horsepowerspecs.com – main domain / main site) and (dev.powertoweight.com – secondary domain / secondary site). I’m trying to map dev.powertoweight.com to pull up the secondary site from the network, however all I’m getting is an FTP listing.

Am I missing something in my .htaccess? is my DNS set up incorrectly? Is it the settings in my network?

I’ve attached links to screenshots of all my settings, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction?

NOTE: I DO NOT HAVE AN HTACCESS FOR DEV.POWERTOWEIGHT.COM, COULD THIS BE IT? MY DNS IS ALSO MANAGED THROUGH CLOUDFLARE
