Cannot Moderate Comments

Hello All,

Using the SEO Facebook Comments plugin and recently discovered I cannot moderate comments. I’ve done some extensive reading on other help threads, but there’s hasn’t been a clear answer to resolve it for me.

The steps I’ve taken so far are adding myself as a moderator at developers.facebook.com/tools/comments and making sure I have the latest version of the plugin. While there I also noticed none of the comments that have been made to my site via plugin are showing up there. It just says “no recent comments” despite there being recent comments made.

I have no “moderate” option in the comment box that is displayed on my site. And when I hover over the ‘X’ on the comment I want to remove, the only option I get is “mark as spam” which if selected only hides the comment for me, no one else.

Does anyone have a clear solution?
