Cannot modify created tours.

    I have a big problem – Tours weren’t working, so I updated, with a lot of difficulty, I had to deactivate most of the plugins. however now the tours work but it is impossible for me to make any changes the management pages go into error (the page does not respond).
    Do you have suggestions.
    I purchased the payment version just for assistance but no news to date.
