Cannot modify header information

hi,
i just installed wordpress but i had a few error messages when i tried to connect to wordpress:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /www/99k.org/a/n/y/anyonecancook/htdocs/blog/wp-config.php:1) in /www/99k.org/a/n/y/anyonecancook/htdocs/blog/wp-login.php on line 362

I tried to do what’s said here: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F
I opened the files in dreamweaver and couldn’t find too much space at the lines indicated or at line 1. I added ?> at the end of the files because there wasnt any but still the exact same error messages show up.
