Cannot modify header information

    Sharing a warning error I receive in the admin when this plugin and WP_DEBUG are activated:

    WARNING: wp-admin/admin-header.php:9 – Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ardsley/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-pdf-extended/pdf.php:247)

    Same here.. seems to be a “bug” when using PHP 5.3. When using PHP5.4 the notice will disappear.

    Please fix this for PHP5.3 🙂
