So, summing up these are my doubts:
1) How I could get the pictues of the gallery to be the same size and ordered (they now appear randomly). http://www.risotesta.it/?page_id=129
2) how I could get the voice of the menu “Blog: riso e dintorni” (which is a category) to be brown as the others voices of the menu (which are pages) when you click on it.
3) How I can modify the urls personalizing them; right now I can only setting the permalink options at default (otherwise it doesn’t work).
Do you know any plugin or any way to optimize the websites for two languages? at the moment I am using the seo plugin wordpressseo by yoast (I asked this to this section of the forum but i didnìt get any reply http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/wordpress-seo)

1 and 2. Both seem like theme-specific issues. What is the name of this theme, and where did you get it from?
3. Ask your hosting provider if mod_rewrite is installed and active on your server.
4. No, but you can probably find one at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/
speaking of the point 1 and 2 the name of the Theme is delicate, i downloaded it from wordpress. Do you know if there is any way to fix the gallery problem? With regards to the menu voices, do you know if there is any way to fix it, even modyfing the HTML?

Offhand, I’d say the gallery styles in this were designed without captions being considered. It looks like if you removed the captions, the gallery would display just fine.
The highlight color on the Blog link appears to be a bug in the theme. A style exists for .topnav li.current-cat a span with the correct color, so it should be working, but something else is interfering.
Ok, I will post over the link you suggested.
Meanwhile I’ll try removing the captions as you suggested. How can i do that?

They’re added to the image’s data, which you can edit by editing the image in the Media section of your blog’s Dashboard.

I get back to you because I can’t figure out why the sidebar changes depending on wether it is in a page (like http://www.risotesta.it/riso-e-prodotti-a-base-di-riso/) or in a category (like http://www.risotesta.it/argomenti/riso-testa-news-ed-eventi/).
I haven’t done anything, but I can’t solve this problem, I would like the categories to have the same sidebar of the pages.
I really don’t know what to do, could you please suggest me something?

I’m not really that familiar with this particular theme, it looks like it’s giving a different sidebar depending on the type of page/listing viewed.
Does this theme support widgets?
Yes it does. I created the widget for the sidebar, but it shows up only in the pages, while in the categories appears another sidebar which I don’t know from where it comes from!
Yeah, that’s all hard-coded in sidebar.php.
What I don’t understand though is that code-wide, that should only display if you don’t have any widgets added.

Does the theme have any settings that seem to indicate special treatment of widgets on the archive pages?
No I didn’t find anything like that..Do you think I can try to modify the code?
I also don’t know why I cannot upload some pictures. Do you think there might be a particular reason?

Yeah, you might want to try poking around the sidebar.php file a bit (keep a backup). I’d give it a shot myself, but really just don’t have the time. 🙁
What sort of images aren’t uploading?
