Cannot modify header information – headers already sent

    Hi,

    We have an error with a white page that happens sometimes :
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
    Please delete cookies

    once this happen, all visitors will sees this error on the concerned page, only way to be back online is to purge W3 cache.

    we have an error in php logs that is very likely linked to the issue :
    [03-Nov-2022 19:10:43] WARNING: [pool sensilia] child 20617 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent in /home/dev.sensilia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Mobile_Referrer.php on line 34”

    if we disable W3 cache, we don’t see the issue again.

    Can you help us ?

    we would like to keep using W3 as it’s the fastest cache plugin from all to us.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Can you please share if you’ve enabled the User Agent Groups in Performance>Cookie groups, and if so, please share the screenshot of the settings? You can also try disabling the User Agent Groups, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists.
