    Hello,
I created a website about 3+ years ago. I’m not exactly sure which WP version it was but probably older than 5.6.2; the theme is OceanWP. At the time I created a bottom widget divided into 3 sections with one of them clickable to submit a support ticket. This works fine and still shows on the website. The problem has come up as I’d like to replace it with something else. WP is now v6.0.1 and I have 2 problems:
-The template for the widget is nowhere to be found within the website (it’s stored somewhere but I cannot even delete if I wanted to). When selecting it in the footer widget menu, it points to Theme Panel > My Library but I cannot even find ‘My Libray’ in the Theme menu.
-I have also tried creating another widget but the footer widget menu doesn’t allow me to select this one (only the old ones).
My guess is that all these issues because of some WP upgrade (although the pages didn’t exhibit any issue) but I don’t know what to do.
    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
