Actually it might be a styling issue as I see that blockquote style rule also changed. Yes I am using a GO child theme.
I discovered the same thing. I had to downgrade back to 1.3.6 in order for it to work. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next update.

I don’t think anything should have changed between 1.3.6 and 1.3.7 in regards to the menus. I’ll take a look and see what I can reproduce. If this is an issue we’ll get to the bottom of it and push out an update.

I’m seeing the same issue as well when I upgrade the Go theme to 1.3.7 in my staging environment.
We have located the bug and are working on patching it. We will be releasing a 1.3.8 patch shortly.

We have deployed Go 1.3.8 to ww.wp.xz.cn. It should be live shortly. Please update Go to version 1.3.8. If you are still experiencing any issues after updating, please post back here and let us know.
