    Good evening. My wife is currently setting up a new website, where we used your plugin. Since yesterday we cannot access the wp-admin from our Laptops as well as a service provider who helped my wife. It worked well for 2 weeks prior.

    As soon as I use a VPN or connect from my workplace, I have no problem.

    I deleted the plugin and entries at the database, but I still cannot connect from my wifes laptop. (Cashes etc. are cleared).

    I need help 😉

    Hi @federmichel, happy to help!

    It seems you’ve deleted the plugin from the site and cleared out all the plugin entries (all “itsec” instances) from the database, correct? If so, Solid Security should not be preventing you from logging in anymore.

    Can you please tell me what you see when trying to access the site after the plugin deletion? Does it help if you add the code from this guide: How Do I Disable All Features If I Can’t Access My Site? – this should deactivate the plugin features if it’s Solid Security preventing the access.

    If you still can’t access the site, I’d recommend checking your server logs for more information on what is being triggered when you try to access the site’s wp-admin from your devices.
