Cannot Pay by Card Since Update

    Since updating updating from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 card input fields have gone!

    Customers are not able to checkout, please help.

    Update, I managed to restore the ‘Advanced Card Processing’ by rolling back to version 2.9.6

    This is not ideal, why does this not work in the latest version?
