Cannot pick UTC Time Offset | ww.wp.xz.cn

For some reason the plugin is showing only UTC time where as I have set the offset to +5.30. Is there something else that I can check?

It should show the blog’s offset. Do the time’s change when you change the blog’s offset at all?
