    Hi everyone,

    One of my clients is having troubles with Mollie, and especially Klarna. A lot of orders aren’t processed. I took a look at the logs and saw a lot of notifications like below:

    2024-06-19T00:57:05+00:00 Foutopsporing Creating payment object: type Order, first try failed: [2024-06-19T00:57:05+0000] Error executing API call (422: Unprocessable Entity): The amount of the order does not match the total amount from the order lines.     I already did some troubleshooting and found out that the Rounding option was already unchecked:

    Any suggestions in order how to fix this issue?

  • We are having the same issue with mollie and klarna.
    Mollie: 7.5.5
    WordPress: 6.5.4
    WooCommerce: 9.0.0

    2 years ago there was a simular issue:

    Need a fix for this issue, or perhaps I am downgrading untill there is a fix.

    Hello

    I understand the frustration caused by the rounding issues leading to a 422 error. While it has been acknowledged and addressed in the past, it seems that some instances of the problem persist.

    Fortunately, there is a package with a potential fix for this issue. I recommend contacting the Mollie Technical Support Team directly, as they can provide you with the workaround package to resolve the rounding discrepancies.
