Yesterday I had my assistant in south Africa create 10 web stories for me. When I tried to publish them immediately but it would not let me. so I tried to schedule it, but it would not let me change the date either. When I tried to schedule it for the following day which was 5-7-22 it kept changing that date to 7-5-22.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I told my assistant to go ahead and see if she can publish this on her end… so if you look at the URL of ‘the page I need help with’, it may already be published but I cannot see that on my end.

Hi @motherofhealth thanks for getting in touch. When you initially tried to publish the stories immediately, did you get any sort of error message to tell you that the stories could not be published? Or was the publish button just not clickable?

Are you still facing this issue since these stories have been published? Do both you and your assistant have the same user role permissions for your site?

The publish date option in the Web Stories editor uses the current date/time set in your WordPress settings. This may be set to a different date/time format to what you are expecting which is why it may be changing.
