Cannot publish pages

Hello,
I am having issues publishing new pages. I am getting an error saying new pages cannot be published. I have tried this from my personal laptop and from a work computer, and in both instances, it has not worked.

The following troubleshooting has been attempted:
– Tried to create a new page from a different computer, no luck.
– Tried deleting internet cache, No luck.
– Tried disabling adblock, no luck.

I’m not sure what else to try, I use google chrome, it is up to date,
If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it. This website is for a non-profit for cancer research and I would like to have all the information up to date before our next fundraiser in febuary.
