Cannot Publish Top Bar

Hello,

In gp elements, I created a new top bar to show on the entire site with the exceptions of a few landing page. I also created a top bar specifically for landing pages but I cannot get it to post on those landing pages.

On my elements page I have the following:

1. Title: Disable headers / Type: Layout / Location: entire site / Exclusions (blank)
2. Title: Landing Page Top Bar / Type: Block Hook (generate before header) / Location: Not set / Exclusions (blank) ***when I enter the landing page(s) on “locations” nothing happens. This is where I need help.
3. Title: New Top Bar / Type: Block-hook (generate before header) / Location: Entire site / Exclusions (my landing pages)
4. Title: Website notice / Type: Block – hook (generate before header) / Location: Entire site / Exclusions (blank).
