    Hy, after i submit question i have this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare question_answer_submit_question_notice() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/question-answer/templates/add-question/add-question-hook.php:9) in/wp-content/plugins/question-answer/templates/add-question/add-question-hook.php on line 9

    Website for check error is: [ bitly link deleted and expanded link to the link field where it belongs ]

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Please do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours.

    COuld you please try to deactivate other plugins one by one to check if any others plugins or addon causing the issue, I just take a search on plugin code I can see it’s only declared once
