    Hello @fortrial,

Unfortunately we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a no commercial support policy allowed here on WordPress forums.

I’ve tried to replicate this issue without luck so far, so it seems associated to your installation. Could you please update your WPML to 4.5.14

However, as you are using WPML, please go to our support forum and open a chat there, we have all the required tools to assist you and we will be happy to help you to solve this issue quickly.

    Thank you for your understanding.

The issue will occur when wpml is activated after woo multi.

If woo-multi is activated after the wpml, the menu of woo-multi wont show under woo menu tabs in the sidebar.
