Hi @carolinepw
- Make sure you’re using latest version of our plugin.
- If you’re using some security plugin consider to disable them temporarily and then add the redirection to verify if that plugin does not block requests of our plugin.
In case you don’t use any security plugin, please let me know which plugins are your main / core for the site.
