cannot refresh popups

    Hi! I cannot refresh the popups. It shows as if the refresh is done but the list of popups isn’t what it should be.

    Hello dear @amy89 ,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sharing this with us.
    Could you please try doing the same and meanwhile do the following:
    1) Open the browser Developer Tools
    2) Go to Console section
    3) Take a screenshot from there and send it to us

    We think there may be an error causing this so we would appreciate having more details on this issue.
