Cannot register new users, or create

If logged in as a user via the plugin, I am unable to register a new user via the page generated with the register shortcode. (this is not such a big issue, as would be a rare occurrence, however no error message to advise)

If logged in and trying to add a new user via ‘Front End Only Users Settings -> Users -> Add New User’ it also has the same issue and will not create the new user in the database unless I log out, this would be an issue for admins.
