Cannot remove avatar if using Theme My Login

    I have managed to work around other issues with this plugin, but I am having trouble getting the “Remove” link to work on an existing avatar image if Theme My Login is enabled and I am looking at my own profile. It works as expected on other users’ (non-themed) profiles. I have had to hide the Remove button just so there isn’t broken functionality on the site. Can anyone help?
