Cannot remove completely the plugin

    Dear WP Email Template Team,

    First we downloaded your plugin (v1.1.0) and setting it up worked like a charm. We realised then that it does not work together with the Mandrill plugin. With the “Clean up on Deletion” option enabled we removed the plugin. All emails are now send without the template initially created, except the “Password Recovery” email.
    Is there any way to recover the default email layout for that particular email function?

    Would be great if you can assist us with it, since the initially created layout really does not fit in our corporate identity anymore.
