Cannot Remove jsdelivr.net

I have tried disabling the CDN usage, turning off the tracking, disabling the addon and even uninstalling it, however after this, the following code remains imbedded in my website:

What file/page has this been installed on and why can I not remove it? I would like to use Slimstats, but I do not want to use the CDN.
