Cannot remove old item from checkout form

I am trying to remove a previously used item from my wp e-commerce checkout form, but with no success. The item in question is not even shown in my default checkout form and I have created new form sets successfully (without this item) and have deleted the cache but it still shows up every time. Can anyone help???
