    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that the wrong Stripe account was added and you cannot disable Stripe in order to add the correct account, is that correct?

    Please can you clarify which plugin you are using to add the Stripe payment gateway to your site?

    Additionally, please can you walk us through the steps you are taking to disable this, and where you are trying to disable this (via Stripe.com or your WooCommerce dashboard)?

    Also, when trying to disable Stripe, do you encounter any error messages, or what exactly happens when trying to disable it? A screenshot of what you are seeing on your end may help us understand what you are experiencing.

    We apologize; we found how to disable the account; we did not notice it was in the API tab.
