    I have Google and Facebook connected to TrustIndex. I have a subscription. I can reply to Facebook reviews with AI without issue; the reply is posted to Facebook. I cannot reply to Google reviews. I click on the ‘Sign in with Google’ button and sign in to Google successfully; I generate the AI response, but the review cannot be posted to Google reviews, all I see is a ‘Copy’ button. Under ‘Company Settings’, Google is listed as an ‘Unmanaged Account’. Why is this?

    Could you include a video about the process of signing in with google under review management/management?

    I tried signing in with the other account, which has nothing to do with the business of whatsoever, and it did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, I cannot now reply to Facebook reviews either; I am only seeing the ‘Copy’ button. This was working for Facebook, so I don’t know what has changed to cause Facebook reviews to stop accepting replies.

    Please check the if the permission in facebook is given to trustindex:

    Also please sign in with the Google account which belongs to your business. It won’t connect with other accounts.
