Cannot reply to reviews

Hello,
In the backend, inside Trustindex.io > My Reviews, when I click on the “Reply with ChatGPT” button, a message is correctly generated. I edit that message and click on “Upload reply to Google”. Then a new window opens where I have to log in with Google, after doing so a message appears above my reply to the review saying “We could not connect your account with the review. Try again”. As much as I click on “Try again” it doesn’t work. I have cleared cache and it doesn’t work either. I have tried to do it with another google account and it doesn’t work either.
Can you help me?
