Cannot reset password – Email retrieval not functioning

Hi,

Let me start by saying I am not an experienced web developer and have very limited knowledge.

I cannot seem to log in to my two ww.wp.xz.cn sites due to it saying the password is incorrect. I had logged in a few days ago without trouble and have tried every single password possible since then.

This is happening with both sites:

the email retrieval is not functioning: I never get an email.

I do not know what PHP MyAdmin is or how to access it.

I am hosted on hostgator.

Just looking to log into my sites and continue editing…..
