Cannot Reset User Role

    Hey, we installed the Plugin and modified the side menu for “Redakteur”. Now we want to reset our setting but it doesn’t work. we get a message “Authority to apply the setting is not selected. From here, please select the permissions you want to set.”

    whats going wrong, how can we reset the whole plugin and get the status before we used the plugin?

    Is there any chance to get feedback for this problem. we want to reset the plugin and get the old settings back.

    how can we reset the whole plugin and get the status before we used the plugin?

    About the reset all settings,
    Could you access the Reset User Roles page of sidemenu on WP Admin UI Customize?
    And, Could you Reset settings of all?

    This will reset all settings.

    Hey,

    i did that, but the “redakteur” still have not all admin menu buttons.

    i navigated as “admin” to the WP Admin UI Customize and reset “Reset the User Roles Settings?”. But nothing happened to the “redakteur” user role.

    how can we reset all settings from WP Admin UI Customize to get the past state?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I think this problem is other cause and please let me confirm.
    If you deactive to the WP Admin UI Customize plugin, “redakteur” get the past state?

    If you get the past state, I think this cause maybe WP Admin UI Customize or cache.
    In that case,
    Could you tell me please get the notification to user roles settings after your reset?

    But If you not get the past state, I think other cause.
    In that case,
    Could you please check the user role(“redakteur”) capabilities or cache or other plugins?
