CANNOT resize thumbnail image default size

    I’ve gone into Miscellaneous Settings—>Thumbnail size and set the default 150×150 to match my posts (from WP 2.3) thumbnails that’re 128×96 in size, with no luck.

    I’ve installed the No Flash Uploader plugin because of problems I was having getting 404’d every time I tried uploading. Now this is happening. Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks!
